As the brand has grown, its tone and presentation matured, requiring a more luxurious and elevated design across three sites.

We redesigned all three sites in parallel, collaborating closely with internal and external teams to ensure a unified, elevated brand experience across all properties. The ecommerce store was repositioned to support lifestyle routines rather than focusing solely on beauty products, shifting the narrative toward habit-building and long-term wellness. To deepen engagement and drive recurring revenue, we wove podcast episodes and blog content into the product experience, creating educational, shoppable bundles that included subscription options for consumable items.
