JLo Beauty, a skincare brand co-founded by Jennifer Lopez, is known for delivering radiant, youthful skin through clinically backed products. However, the flagship “Premiere Kit” wasn’t converting as expected, and overall site traffic was underperforming. Customers faced confusion around product selection, unclear kit contents, and a purchase journey that lacked focus, especially on mobile.

The Glow-Up

We revamped the Premiere Kit product page to clearly communicate what’s included and why it matters, resulting in a dramatic lift in subscriptions. Navigation was streamlined to spotlight the kit and guide users through a more intuitive upsell flow. On the product detail pages, we redesigned the buy box for clarity and conversion, with a particular focus on optimizing the mobile experience where most traffic landed.
